Ballet Boot Camp


Designed to bridge the gap between our academic year and professional summer dance programs, our three one-week Boot Camps include:

Body Conditioning - Stretch - Ballet Technique &

Pointe Work from 5:30 - 8:00 M - Th


June 4 - 7, June 14 -  and Aug 20 - 24


If you are an advanced dancer not attending a professional program,

call the office to set up an appointment to enroll.

Pink tights, pink ballet slippers, and pointe shoes are required.

Summer Ballet Academy


Our Summer Ballet Academy is serious fun for serious dancers.

Each Academy will offer modern, improv, jazz, character, body conditioning, repertory and dance history in addition to at least one daily ballet technique class.  Dance history with video survey are included along with anatomy and an art project.  Each week culminates with a small showcase.  Dancers must audition for Academy placement,

Monday - Friday from 12:30 - 5:00


Cinderella - with a focus on music theory - June 11 - 15

Giselle - with a focus on mime and acting for dancers July 16 - 20

Romeo and Juliet - with a study of choreographic design  Aug 6 - 10


Pink tights, pink ballet slippers, character shoes, character skirt and stage make up are required for both levels.  Summer Ballet Academy 2 dancers who are on pointe need pointe shoes.  SBA 1 dancers should be at least  9 years old and have two years of dance training.

Continuing Curriculum


These classes adapt and extend our academic year curriculum throughout the summer months. The flex-pay option, based on weekly attendance, is beneficial for working around family vacations.


Stage One Pre-Ballet Classes - For young dancers 3 to 7

Saturday 9:00 - 9:45 a.m. 3-4-year olds

Saturday 9:45 - 10:45 a.m. 5-year olds

Saturday 10:45 -11:45 a.m. 6-7-year-olds


Stage Two Level A and B - Ballet Technique for dancers 8 & older

Tuesday and Thursday 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.

Stage Three Level A and B - Ballet Technique for dancers 11 and older

with at least 3 years of training

Monday and Wednesday 4:30 - 6:00 p.m.

Stage Three Level C and higherBallet Technique for dancers 12 and older

with at least 4 years of training

Monday - Thursday 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.

Adult Open Classes

Beginning Adult Ballet - Monday and Wednesday 7:30 - 9:00 p.m.

Intermediate Adult Ballet - Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 - 11:30 a.m.

Private Coaching


We will build a summer program just for you.  Whether you are an advanced dancer staying closer to home this summer, or an intermediate dancer wishing to focus on technical skill, we will work with you to develop your own special summer course.  You can learn your favorite variations or develop your choreographic skill.  Or build a program on the basics of turns, jumps or musicality. You will be a partner is developing a summer intensive just for you.  Classes are private or semi private.

Story Dance Theatre Camp

Angelina Dances the Classics

Come join Angelina and her friends as these talented mice bring to life classical ballets

like Cinderella,The Nutcracker, Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty and more.


Boys and girls between the ages of 3 and 8 learn the elements of dance through the exploration of movement and directed play.  Our young dancers design movement phrases that support the story line of a popular ballet.  All dancers enjoy coloring book time, and story time, as well as creative movement, pre-ballet and rhythm exploration classes.  Healthy snacks are provided.


Nine to noon, Monday - Friday

June - 11 - 15, 18 - 22 & 25 - 29

July - 9 - 13, 16 - 20 & 23 - 27

August - 6 - 10, 13 - 17 & 20 - 24


At the close of each camp, family and friends are invited to watch the production built during the week.

New material is presented at each camp, so returning dancers will be challenged with fresh choreography.

Dance campers should wear comfortable clothing and dance shoes or bare feet.
