​​​​Saturday December 6 Chapel Hill Holiday Parade  with Nutty rehearsal to follow

• Drop-off is specific, please follow map and instructions in the "In a Nutshell" email

• We meet in staging area H, meaning we are the 8th group to feed in

• 10:00 the parade starts, it is scheduled to end at noon but your guess is as good as mine as to when the TYB will be finished.​​​​​

• Saturday at TYB for Nutty rehearsal from 2:00 - 6:00 everyone. We start with the Party Scene while Jr and Sr Companies get a warm up. We go straight through to the end and repeat with the other cast. Green first and Red second. Kate and I will be around to answer any questions you may have because the next we see you is Tuesday at the Carolina Theatre.

• Take a day off!! But we are here for you. Soloists can have coaching sessions in the afternoon. I think Kate all ready has two booked. And also for soloists, if you would like to have some one on one time with Andrew and the orchestra, they are rehearsing Sunday evening. Contact Lauren if you are interested and I'll contact Andrew to see the best time for you to stop by for your tempo check.

People in the show enter through the stage door, and use the backstage crossover hall to get to the side with the dressing rooms. Please do not cross the stage.

Tuesday December 9: Tech Rehearsal at The Carolina Theatre​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

• Call for dancers at 5:00 (green)

• Start at 6:00 

• End of Act 1 by 7:10

• Start of Act two at 7:30 Grand Waltz and bows should take about 10 minutes. And then we begin at the top and go to thru the pas de deux

​

Diverging from a decades long tradition, our Tuesday Tech at the Carolina Theatre will run in show order (sort of). We will start with Act One but without snow fall to avoid losing time for the clean up. When set of Act Two, we will begin with the Grand Waltz and run through the Apotheosis and into bows. After you have finished your last choreography, you are free to leave. The Grand Waltz will not be run again.
