The Rules of the Race
Ducks race at West Point on the Eno at 10:00 a.m., rain or shine. You do not need to be present to win. Prizes are claimed in the order in which the ducks place at the finish line. First place prize is selected from the twenty listed. Second place from the remaining nineteen, etc. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
