Dancers who are invited to the senior company must attend "casting week", which runs as follows:
August 24-25, 1:00-6:00 pm
August 26-30, 5:00-7:30 pm
August 31-September 1, 1:00-6:00 pm

Commitment
All Nutcracker rehearsals and performances are mandatory. This includes:

Saturdays OR Sundays in August, September, and October (varies by company)

Saturdays and Sundays in November

Thanksgiving weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
Please do not audition for the production if you have prior commitments. ​

The Tchaikovsky Virtuosi
The Triangle Youth Ballet is a rarity among youth ballets in that we have our own LIVE orchestra. Having live, orchestral accompaniment heightens the experience for both our dancers and our audience and takes our production to the next level.
